My Experience at the Fame School

In Summer of 2022, I was the Dance Substitute Teacher for the Summer Arts Program at LaGuardia High School in New York City. I I graduated in 2016 at the Fame School. It was a pleasure returning back as a teacher!

During this program, I was filling in for teachers who could not make it within the Dance Department. Additionally, I taught within the Musical Theater program instructed by the Drama Teachers. I set One from The Chorus Line, You Can't Stop The Beat from Hairspray, and We Are All In This Together from High School Musical. Some of these students had limited dance experience. I set the piece in three to four days and then they had a class showing!
